@pratik @santoshhari If they are really visa ones all power to them. But 90% of em afe just fake. The companies open shadow positions right now so to look good in you know whose eyes.

@santoshhari The market is great for everyone with greater than 10 years building LLMs. For everyone else it’s absolutely brutal. I knew it was bad but this is kinda unreal.

@pratik they all refused hilariously. AdTech is a small world, often all centered around Bay Area or NY and Googlers would rather work at Meta. The company would be a step down for pretty much anyone. Not to mention most of these folks are all friends of each other. My colleague was like I myself asked one of them who had a much higher offer than I did to not join the mess and they didn't lol. The whole episode has left a bad taste in everyone's mouth there – I still keep hearing from so many there about the anger they are feeling. (also feels nice to know that)
