Is there any end to culinary delights in India? It’s a land of unending delicacies and I don’t think I scratched the surface beyond my favorite dishes. The new cook in the house really made some incredible food in the last week and half.
Came here with partially filled one full size suitcase and one medium size suitcase thinking all the space will be good for things to take back. After first round of packing I need two full size suitcases instead 😆

I had no idea that India hosts Pangong Frozen Lake marathon, a 26.2 mile race entirely on a frozen lake. Ooof that must be tough and test of some fitness running on ice and at that altitude in Leh!
