This moving service with FIOS was mildly infuriating. They wanted to charge 89.99$ per month that includes a bunch of benefits that are not very tempting to me, and the price would drop to 64.99$ if I also did verizon wireless plan of some sort. Had to chat thrice with them, and now I get to move FIOS at same price I was paying but without the additional benefits that I never wanted! But at least I am paying the same.

Good grief, for all mankind going from bad to worse in the last few episodes. Like whatever at this point, end the season and hopefully there is a more consistent story to be told next season. The ending of the penultimate episode was just ridiculous.

One of the things that consistently shocks my colleagues and my own leaders is that I keep saying I have no favorite product management frameworks or believe in one. Somehow they assume that just coz I come from FAANG I bring with me ideas and processes that will scale my current company into something like amazon — and I keep telling them that the best thing I am bringing to table is not processes or frameworks, but how to actually cut through all the bullshit and focussing on the customer delight!
