On a call that I have been part of many times before I moved out of amazon – and then being in the late state startup and coming back – I have a new found appreciation towards it. There are some things this company does exceedingly well.
Federer retiring makes me feel old. He is the GOAT. Not one of the best, but GOAT, period.
Today we got a land survey done which was pending as part of Home closing. Turns out, fence posts are nearly 20 feet inside where line should be! Def made our neighbors unhappy considering they had been maintaining area beyond the fence for years if not decades. But too bad we are in fact going to pull the fence line all the way. I inherit at least 3 more trees along with more shrubs and bushes 😂.
Done with our “seller” portion of closing our old townhouse. Once buyers finish their part tomorrow, our house is officially sold. Extremely bittersweet feeling – we know its the right thing to do (especially in this market plus other factors) but also feeling sad about losing a home that we loved so much.
Delhi Crime Season 1 was a gruelling watch about Nirbhaya rape case. Terrific casting and acting, and really makes you feel it. Looking fwd to second season!
Is it just bad editing or third episode of rings of power was really just meh. Like the show is trying so hard with spectacle but the story has no coherence at all so far.
Completely slipped my mind that today was Asia cup finals but as Sri Lanka won. I would have been glad if Pakistan had won it too.
