Another water leak scare. For past few days every time we turn on the shower we can hear a dripping sound through the walls — freaked us out immediately. No water leak anywhere, no wet surfaces either and bit of reddit sleuthing told me it was mostly pipe contraction sound during winter, but i wasn’t too sure. Got a plumber to inspect, and phew, yes indeed it is just that.

This lack of sun is making me grumpy and sleepy. So glad I never moved to pacific northwest – I would have needed theraphy to just make through the day.

I find virtual offsites tiring. I much prefer in-person day long offsites where you can connect with people face to face than to sit at your desk and be on video whole day long. Ugggh.

I literally have 20 mins in between meetings and turned on TV and i saw USA goal. Very nice! Good use of break!! But that injury looks harsh.

In another week, it will be a year since my dad’s green card will have been approved. A fucking year. He still hasn’t received his interview appointment at Mumbai consulate. The entire consulate situation in India is beyond fucked at this point, and yes the blame fully goes to the American government.
