What if, and hear me out, its actually Harris herself plotting Biden’s post-debate collapse? She sees an opening here but she wants to make sure she comes across as a savior, not as an opportunist. What if she is orchestrating the fallout from the background, slowly but surely putting pressure on Biden to move aside for her? She probably realizes that after 8 years of democratic president, the chances of her winning in 2028 are pretty slim and she wants to make the best use of an opening here because she truly believes she can be the one?

It would be amazing if Joe drops out and we get Kamala as nominee and then 10 days before election the orange buffoon dies of a heart attack. I think one of the two will happen.

Thankful that I have a dog that cares two hoots for fireworks or thunder and lightning. The boy was chilling on deck while it’s thundering loud all around – had to call him for his own safety. He seemed to be enjoying it!

At the beginning of the pandemic, I worked in a true 2 pizza team fashion to launch a search engine dedicated to covid research. Today I randomly decided to check on all the folks who worked with me during those days. Turns out other than me, there are only 2 more people left within the company and everyone else has left! Made me feel so old suddenly.

I have given up on two things and its somehow bringing me peace because I feel like I can start looking ahead:

1. Biden is the nominee.
2. Biden is going to lose big to Trump, giving him the house, senate and presidency.

I have no absolutely no doubts about #2 happening at this point, so in a way I am actually at peace that my vote is mostly going to be performative. I need to look beyond to see whats next and what might be coming.

Started out so brilliant and just began to meander away in second half of season. I wish it was better. Couldn’t match S2 for sure.

I think the whole NyTimes story around Parkinson’s doctor visiting White House could have blown over had it not been for KJP and her press conference. Like why is it so hard to just say why the specialist was there? If it was for policy just say so? Instead she gave such a long ramble about security it was so ridiculous to watch and only makes the nytimes story feel that much truer. Like does Biden’s admin really acting out that stupid now?

How dry and summery it’s been this year? Last 2 years we had atleast 2 or 3 swim meets that canceled because of weather. This year – none! It’s been just dry and I am loving it!

Now is the time for democrats to just disagree and commit. Everyone’s had their word on the topic. Even I might have wanted another candidate, but Biden has decided to stick it out so it is what it is. Now its up to us to commit to him and vote him back! Enough of this daily nonsense.
