Does the *Rings of Power* get any better in second season? The major problem with the series (other than its…. kind of boring) is the casting of characters is horrendous across the board. I want to start the second season but I am already dreading it.

Back after a fabulous couple of days in Philly at friends. That said, concerning number of Trump lawn signs in suburbs of Philly! not that I *didnt* see Harris signs either, but fact that there seemed to be *more* Trump signs was certainly worrying. Its all going to come down to Philadelphia and Pennsylvania again isnt it?
I insist that every French traveler who wants to visit Northern India absolutely must start their conversations with Indians with *Namaste, aap English bolte ho?* and end with *Shukriya*.
I am never going to understand women who support Trump. What is appealing about him? What policy position resonates with them? It is just bizarre that he even has women supporters.

Didn’t sleep well due to a work incident that I kept playing over and over again in my head most of the night. And now the kid is sick. And oh, we completely ran out of dog food and the next shipment won’t come till Saturday – so it’s eggs/rice/tofu galore for the doggo until food arrives. Sucky 24 hours!

For first two years of my job here I was asking for more ownership for me and the team. Now that I manage the other ICs, I am realizing omg these people have no capability to handle any ownership so I am now actively deflecting it to someone else. #managementlife
Over the last couple of months I’ve noticed a strange thing with me. I will wake up in middle of the night with a sudden urge to eat…. almonds. So I will make my way down to kitchen, grab a few, eat them and then go back to sleep like it was nothing. I hate this, and I am going to stop buy almonds altogether to get over this annoyance.
