I used to think general strikes, Bharat bandhs, farmer protests and various things that would shut down cities and governance in India as something horrible and progress blockers. Now looking at things in USA, I feel that was actually better however wrong it may feel. People at least stood up!

Dear white people – if not now, when? They are literally killing your own color folks now. How long are you going to tweet nonsense and post complaints on Reddit instead of protesting on the streets every city and every place? How can you all be this complacent and this accepting. It’s truly mind boggling to see what’s going on here and the majority sitting on sidelines shaking their heads but not doing anything. I guess I know how folks felt in 1930s Germany.

Last week at this company and I have to say I am definitely feeling apprehensive about leaving this behemoth. I sometimes feel whether I did the right thing? Why did I have to leave my safe cushioned job, in this economy, to try out something brand new? What was the need? I know I was good enough here. If I had stayed, I could have kept earning my nice paycheck without a lot of effort. I could, quite literally coast for a few more years. I didn’t have great ambitions within my company and considering how hard it is to get to next level it was never on my list of things to achieve; However I was also at a good level that I didn’t need to keep thinking about moving up. In other words, the status quo would’ve been just fine. I guess it’s just me. I am just not cut out for being content.
