My Apple Music discovery station is on a roll tonight. Looks like the AI tuned in for tonight!

4th week at new job and honestly the biggest thing I am missing is still human interaction. The fully remote WFH is kind of jarring me because of the isolation I am feeling. While I was no fan of driving into dc on a daily basis, I am also not a fan of absolutely no in person interaction either I feel. A happy middle would have been perfect. Who knew I would feel this way about WFH?
No one is illegal on stolen land – Billie Eilish laid it out in 7 words for maga crowd. Lovely speech.
Really don’t get how people live up north – just a week of this bitter cold has been more than enough and I can’t believe people live for months together in this kind of miserable weather. Ugh.
Somebody fucking spank that groundhog.
After a 4 day break feeling super energized and ready to take on whatever work throws at me! Haha kidding fuck that crap.
I am literally counting down days to march at this point this cold is just unbearable and long. So 27 more days!
Schools closed again tomorrow. We are in week two now of complete school closures. While I can see why they closed with the amount of snow concrete all around, at this points for a 4 billion dollar budget school questions have to be asked how can they not be prepared for some contingencies! This is the same district that went online teaching mode during COVID in haste so why is there no option to go online learning now? Nothing about the piles of snow everywhere makes me believe they are in any shape to open Tuesday or Wednesday either. Are we just gonna close shop and wait till spring so everything thaws and schools can open? Utter rubbish!
Snowcrete is a new word I learnt this week. I thought weather people had just invented it after this week in dc area but no it’s an actual word!
Oh look it’s stopped snowing and sunny and it’s fucking windy so we can never catch a break. Like just go fucking way! Fuck spring I am ready for long deep summer.
