@AnirbanM Coz it’s private account I think
masto
After all the brouhaha at London dad finally left in afternoon. Reaching here one full day later – he’s gonna be exhausted and cranky alright.
Skimmed through announcements – that burgundy colors looks nice, not interested in gold though looks interesting. But as usual it’s the watch I am interested in and seems like a nice upgrade – not clear how much over 11 though but will be clear soon I guess.
@curdriceaurora Flying jellies?????
This clip from Silicon Valley is as true today of AI companies as it when this came out : https://youtube.com/watch?v=BzAdXyPYKQo&is=wdHa0qBaq2-ZnpLQ
@pratik Indeed. Now will do it after dad goes back to India.
Also, the AHI readings are on par with what Apple Watch reports actually, so that sleep apnea feature on Apple Watch is not fluff unlike their VO2 max
But yeah this report is to make my endo’s head spin again because she is trying to nail down something and nothing seems to be clicking into place for her.
In midst of all the chaos yesterday I also got my home sleep apnea test through Lofta. While my category was “moderate” Gemini and Claude later clarified that why that was so and it was more UARS rather than OSA. My AHI is low enough that most insurance are unlikely to even cover a device (not that it would be my first choice anyway!), but my RDI was right at border line between mild and moderate. However I also know I had a very disturbing night sleep due to other factors which play a big part in it. I was recommended by doc who certified the data to redo the test to see if RDI comes down with better night sleep without disturbances and if so, I should look more at those nasal strips as a way to sleep better. I have to say I was initially surprised by the report but later on as I understood it better and looked at doc notes definitely felt better. So round 2 of test it is!
@AnirbanM How do you know it was not Actually Indians sitting in Chennai solving the problem?
