There was a silent layoff yesterday in the company and several folks I knew were impacted but because I don’t interact with them on a daily basis I had no idea until someone pinged me at night to tell me. These are the worst kind because of layoffs because it be continuous, and it can be anyone and there is no telling when it’s actually over.
