Yesterday my Claude agent talked to my ChatGPT agent and exchanged messages 3 times. Cost me 10$. I cannot see how token economics makes ANY sense in companies. The companies on the AI bandwagon must be paying through their nose right now.
masto
@pratik Ooh nice will download today!
@daveycraney Its a solution looking for a problem to solve.
I am so tired of switching between claude and codex based on tasks that I have decided to build an orchestrator agent that sits on top of both of them and delegates things as necessary, while preferring to use local models first. In fact I want them to fucking argue and figure out their shit themselves.
Did you know that you could chat with Apple's foundation models directly in terminal on Mac with "fm chat" ? of course needs latest rev of macOS, but kinda nifty. I am strong believer that inference has to be local for AI to be sustainable long term and Apple's getting a head start.
Who thought showing a chaotic family morning was a great ad for…. home view? Nothing about this ad made me want any part of this device – probably one of the weakest marketing efforts in recent years: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hkrYiZ_g9tw&t=182s
The blues

@AnirbanM Love this. Follow the pied piper! Keep goin.
When it comes to credit card support, hard to beat chase sapphire. Apple Card / Goldman is the absolute worst of the pile though. I am glad we have really reduced our Apple Card spending to just iPhone payments + a few more things. It's a worthless card otherwise with horrendous AI support.
@pratik Yep. Its like they do it deliberately.
