Had some spectacular naan in a restaurant tonight. Thin, slightly crispy and melt in mouth. I could eat 4 of these! Why are naans so terrible in USA? They are all just rubber bread everywhere.
Blinkit / Zeppo have changed the e-commerce dynamics forever. Why bother with Amazon when I can get practically anything delivered within 20 mins? Truly ground breaking and forcing all the other companies to follow suit now.
It’s so nice to see Europe finally wake up and start backing Ukraine and start making plans to own their problems. If that is one good side effect of Trump so be it – it’s like Europe just sat there waiting to get spanked to take charge!
Is there any end to culinary delights in India? It’s a land of unending delicacies and I don’t think I scratched the surface beyond my favorite dishes. The new cook in the house really made some incredible food in the last week and half.
Came here with partially filled one full size suitcase and one medium size suitcase thinking all the space will be good for things to take back. After first round of packing I need two full size suitcases instead

Scale economics work so differently. The tech powering Indian companies today are working at a scale beyond what most USA companies can imagine and this is purely population driven. It’s nice to see India and China solving scale problems through tech differently than rest of world. Good for all!
I had no idea that India hosts Pangong Frozen Lake marathon, a 26.2 mile race entirely on a frozen lake. Ooof that must be tough and test of some fitness running on ice and at that altitude in Leh!
