Aunt has come visiting her kids in Dallas. On phone she’s like “so, when are you moving to Texas? All cousins in one city will be great!”. “When you decide to move from Bangalore to Bihar, let me know, I will make my plans” I said. Rest of the conversation was smooth and fun.

It’s June 2nd and the heater is STILL on overnight coz it dropped into 40s. What an absolutely horrific stretch of winter we have had this year.
Planted 4 shrubs. Got bitten by 400 mosquitos and ruined my clothes coz it’s a marsh outside with all the rain.
Netflix must feel one helluva confidence thing that they decided to air the stranger things series finale on New Year’s Eve, no less at 8pm, when most folks are planning to do something.

The outdoor pool has been open a week but also closed because water is too cold for swim – what a great start to summer swim this year and it shows no sign of warming up enough to heat up the pool. It’s fucking April still!
Damn that third episode of bin Laden manhunt in netflix was just gripping tv. On the whole I loved the doc series for the way it’s put together. Very gripping and well done.
Listening to “Yeh Jo desh hai Tera” and I wonder how would Swades be remade today? Cant believe this classic is 20 years old and remains an aspirational movie, although unrealistic.
Feels like I am going to fall sick again 🙁 – second time in three weeks. Stupid fucks at work need to stay home if they are sick!
