What a fun tiring weekend in company of good friends and good food. This does not happen often but this time we had a party every night at someone’s place four days in a row starting Wednesday, with each night ending in our garage for a shisha and drinks night cap. Four nights of late bedtime have definitely tired me out today. We are no longer in our twenties, sigh!

It’s sad to see this Indian test cricket team in transition today. Clearly the golden days of Indian test cricket are behind us, and it’s gonna take a few more years for this test team to find their footing.
3 episodes in, The Family Man S3 is not nearly as interesting as its other two seasons. I guess the controversies of the first two seasons prompted the writers to go the safe route and fallback to a ghisa-pita story line. Plus, how many of these national security stories can be set in North East India? This one feels like one too many too late. Anyway 4 more episodes to go and Manoj Bajpai is incredible as always.
One more day of what is already and endless week though I have already decided to take a chill pill tomorrow, so I am kinda already on holiday mode.
One of the best decisions I took last year was to buy google stock. One of the worst decisions I made was to buy so few stocks that all the gains don’t really matter much lol.
RIP Dharmendra. What is it with so many Bollywood icons passing in the last few weeks. That said, the original he-man of Bollywood lived a long fruitful life.
🍿 Homebound (2025) – ★★★★☆
A poignant movie about two halves – of caste and privilege which had similarities with Dhadak 2 – and other half of how the govt failed to come in need of the very people that needed it most during the pandemic. The final act is very moving.
The fact that trump kids were there is all I need to know about the ultra shitty Indian billionaire wedding happening in India right now. Apparently the family however stays here in USA. And of course these people have no real friends so they get Bollywood and Hollywood celebrities as fillers coz normal people don’t hang around with shitty ass nazis.
