Is it just me or for a big Aamir Khan movie after several years, Laal Singh Chaddha does not seem to have any buzz around it. I wonder whether its because of the rising anti-muslim sentiment in India thats causing this or the movie genuinely doesnt look exciting – still its Aamir Khan! I theorize that its probably the former: There was a time in Bollywood in 50-70s where muslim actors changed their names to Hindu names so they were not discriminated, but that sentiment kind of went away in 80s 90s 2000s where muslim folks pretty much ruled Bollywood. I feel that the anti muslim sentiment that has been brewing in India for last decade has finally come to Bollywood.

If I could go back twenty years in time I would have never come to the USA. And then in 2022 most likely I would have been regretting it too that arre chance tha nahi aaya type lol.

House finally listed on BrightMLS and redfin/zillow. I must say the photographer did a fab job at it. Also, while our realtors spent a good deal of time with us in house during photoshoot, I’ll say almost 90% of the house was staged by me and Anu — which basically means except for some atrocious non functional layout choices our realtor made for aesthetic purposes I am really happy how it turned out. Now whether it gets footfalls or sales is another story lol.
