“ID” idly dosa batter has completely decimated the home made batter. I don’t know anyone anymore who does not just use ID idly dosa batter anymore here. And yeah no prizes for guessing the I and D in ID brand stand for idly dosa.

I slept almost 7 hours last night and I get a feeling this might be the first time ever I might be able to deal with jet lag in India. Usually it takes me a few days – of course they say jet lag is worse day 2-4 so we will see but I feel positive!
Feels like I had such a full day already and it’s just day 1. I don’t think India will ever leave my heart – the feeling of warmth and comfort I find here in my heart is not a feeling I feel anywhere else.
Ah the pleasures of Bangalore traffic. This part of the city I truly truly despise!
I have not followed of the latest Ukraine stuff but really at this point the blame is all on Europe and no one else in not being able to defend one of their own.

It feels refreshingly refreshing to be 10000 miles away from America and White House 😆 – my blood pressure has gone down already by few points I feel like!
