A nicely done up house is not selling in our community while every other house has already gone pending. The realtor is a resident too, and today she posted on our Facebook hoa page literally scolding others for not doing more to help this house get sold and how decreasing the price on this house actually impacts all of us. What a prick. I see this house daily on walks and as much as it may be updated inside, the 0.3 acre backyard is a monstrous disaster. It’s steep, with lots of trees and is a practically unusable backyard, not to mention a risk of sink holes etc given how much it rains here. Then they had the nerve to price the house at 500$ per sqft, when the going rate in our community is between 375-400$. Like the disconnect is real and somehow other residents need to do more. No, just reduce the price to where it should be and it will sell!
IPL final tomorrow is between two home teams for us so I don’t care who wins!

It’s such a satisfying feeling to watch your dog on the deck just relaxing and taking in all the sounds and noises of nature. It’s like he really is savoring it all. Meanwhile I am out with my laptop on a fucking teams call arguing with people half the globe away.
