But excitement is on its way! 10 days of nonstop fun – can’t wait. We and bunch of friends (around 7 of us) are hitting Hawaii next month. Promises to be a boat load of fun – we are staying together in apartments in all 3 islands we are visiting.

Its going to be a blast! Can’t wait.

OK – this has to be one of the worst possible controversies triggered in an already sensitive area. I feel for my countrymen, and who want to be Indians there.

The opening ceremony was nothing short of brilliant and spectacular!!

It was almost intimidating!

First of all NBC is telecasting a 1 day delay event of Olympics opening ceremony (Would you believe it, no channel had live telecast of the event?)!

And whats worse, before the event starts, the commentators are going on and on about china’s human rights policy, poverty, killings, this that this that – what nonsense! Concentrate on the bloody games please, and not politics!

Trying to explain people so everyone “can be on the same page” – I hate this sentence!

The worst news channel ever. Quickly followed by NDTV, but Star News is just ridiculous!

I have no idea why they feel it necessary to over dramatize even the most idiotic of things!
