OK, I have achieved my objectives and more 🙂
I am now 48 pounds lesser and 4 inches off my waist – a cool 32″ waist hehheh – still got some fat around, eh, but who caressssssssssssss!!!! I never aimed for a flat stomach anyways hehehe!
I am on top of the world now 🙂 – didnt know weight loss was not only easy, but enjoyable!
